An unforgettable summer evening for the graduates of Sup de Luxe
On June 25th, the Sup de Luxe Alumni Association celebrated the arrival of summer with a memorable evening on the Seine aboard the Montebello barge. Nestled in the renowned 16th arrondissement in front of the Palais de Tokyo, we welcomed the graduates in a friendly and authentic atmosphere for a unique evening just a few weeks before the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
An enchanted stroll on the Seine
Among our guests, we had the pleasure of welcoming Marta Marcheva, the new director of Sup de Luxe, Thomas Duc, president of the Luxe EDC club, loyal alumni who are active members of the network, and exceptionally, five future MBA graduates as guests for the occasion.
At 7:40 PM, the barge left the docks with music, beginning a cruise on the Seine. The graduates had the chance to admire some of the most iconic monuments of Paris. The Eiffel Tower, majestic and sparkling, Notre-Dame, with its imposing silhouette, the Louver, a mirror of history and art, and many others paraded before their amazed eyes.
During this stroll, the guests were able to enjoy a dinner cocktail, accompanied by our partner Champagne de Venoge. The graduates took this opportunity to reconnect, share memories, and discuss their professional projects. Then, they celebrated the summer by dancing and singing alongside DJ Say Bomo, who is present at all our events.
Daylight saving time, time for the first assessment
This evening was an opportunity for the association's president, Marie Seignolle, to give an initial assessment of the year's actions. Quality events that continue to retain and reactivate graduates, a development of communication to mobilize, and a focus on the career sector to support graduates' professional lives. This speech was also an opportunity to introduce Delphine Boulaire, the new head of the partnership department of the office, whose goal is to showcase talents and brands thru collaboration.
To conclude the evening in style, a surprise awaited our graduates: a raffle during which we awarded bottles of spirits, including the Château Lagrezette cuvée offered by our dear Alain Dominique Perrin.
The Summer Party ended on a note of joy and camaraderie, leaving everyone with the memory of a wonderful evening celebrating the fraternity among graduates. We look forward to seeing you next June for a new edition on the Seine. Until then, it's all about the back-to-school season for an international event in Geneva.
